Trisa’s Quilting Corner & More is a dream come true. I worked in a quilt shop about 16 years ago and when she closed after being open 2 years I knew that some day that is what I wanted to do. With the help of my Dad I purchased my first Long Arm and started a business out on my home, hoping someday I would find the perfect spot to open a Quilt shop.

Each week I am going to feature one of the booth in our shop. I’ve asked each one of them to write up something about their booth and themselves I will post it along this picture so you can the items that they make. This way everyone can see the things that Trisa’s Quilting Corner & More offers. We are located @ 109 S. Oak St here in Villa Grove.

Ten years after I start quilting out of my home we finally was blessed with the perfect spot to open Trisa’s Quilting Corner & More. With the help of my family, friends and my most amazing sister Karen we opened on January 7th 2017 we will soon be starting our 3rd year. We have some of the most amazing customers! We have met so many awesome people and made so many new friends!

OK I have posted several of our booths that we have here in the shop now I want to show you the rest of the items that I have to offer.

My husband Tony works on sewing machines cleaning and servicing them. He also can sharpen your knives and your scissors he is pretty amazing He can do just about anything.

My sister Karen is my right hand she helps me with everything keeps me grounded and sane she try’s any ways. She helps me make samples, and with classes, you name it she helps me with it! I couldn’t run the store without her and I wouldn’t want to.

We also offer long arm quilting, I have wide backings and batting. I carry Moda Fabric, we have pre-cuts, & fat quarters . I have notions,rulers,thread, books and patterns.

Karen makes beautiful placemats and table runners which are for sale. She also helps me make the quilts that we have in the shop for sale. I have Warm Glow Candle, melting chip and other gift items.

We have been very blessed here at TQC&M God has put the right people in my path and weeded the ones out that shouldn’t be. I am very grateful and thankful for everyone of you that have helped me make this business successful.
