This is a great time for you to get all those unfinished projects done.\nWe will have some morning snacks here for you. For lunch we usually schedule a potluck\, if you prefer\, you can bring your own sack lunch. On these days we will have a daily drawing for a prize. \nSaturday 9:00-12:00\nThis day will be open sew and show and tell. For lunch we will do a potluck be sure to bring your recipe with you so we can share it with everyone.\nOn this day we will have a Grand prize drawing for the ones that sign up for all 5 days.\nEveryone that signs up gets 20% off their fabric and notion purchases during the retreat.\nCost of the FALL Sewing Retreat is $50 for all five days or $10 a day you just need to let me know which days you will be here this is non refundable and must be paid when you sign up. DESCRIPTION:Running with Scissors\, by Annie \nClass Description:\nRunning with Scissors is a versatile case for storing or transporting your sewing tools.Easy-to-access pockets in vinyl\, mesh\, and quilted fabric can be customized to fit your scissors\, turning tools\, small rulers\, rotary cutter\, and more. This case can also be used for other hobbies with tools\, such as building models\, drawing\, crocheting\, and more. \nThe participants must be familiar with their sewing machine and have general sewing experience.\nThis class will be held in two parts. In Part 1\, we will prepare all the bag components\, and in Part 2\, we will construct the bag\, including a wrap-around zipper and binding. \nWhat You’ll Learn:\n• Construction approaches for by Annie bags\n• Sewing with zippers\, vinyl\, and mesh\n• Sewing matching binding\n• Zipper installation \nWhat to Bring to Class:\n• Your sewing machine\, power cord\, and presser foot\n• Bobbins and needles compatible with your machine\n• Your sewing machine manual (paper or digital)\n• Scissors\, thread\, straight pins or clips\, and stitch ripper\n• If possible\, walking presser foot\, ¼ inch foot\, and zipper foot\n• Pattern and material cut out \nClass Supplies:\n• Supply list is on the pattern\n• Participants must cut out all fabric and quilt it to the Soft and Stable\, prior to class. \n CALL THE SHOP TO GET SIGNED UP!\nClass Details:\nSaturday\, December 5 and December 12\, 2026\n9:00 am – 1 pm\nCourse instructor fee $75\nThe pattern and materials are purchased separately
